After many years of being a spectator at Santa Pod and Shakespeare County Raceway I decided that I would like to take the bull by the horns and build my own doorslammer and as I was a huge fan of the Outlaw Anglia class and had always liked the Ford popular shape I knew this was the car for me.

I found a suitable donor car in 1996 which was a 1956 sit up and beg Ford Popular which at the time was Rover powered with a box section chassis and independent suspension.  After a little deliberation I knew that the only way to start the car was for the foundation to be a full tube chassis and the only man for the job was Chris Isaacs.

Then after many years of hard work and hard cash we finally debuted the car at the Webster Test day in August 2005. We've been racing ever since.
